Shipping policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume launches, holidays, or new drops, processing times may take slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Texas orders: 2–5 business days
  • U.S. orders outside Texas: 3–7 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or holidays.


Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship through:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • Other major carriers when needed

Carrier selection may vary depending on package size, destination, and shipping speed.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately at:

If the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes or replacements.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Yonder Yotes Outdoors is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
